As members of the Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church family, we value the history and heritage which is ours in the community and the church. We stand on the shoulders of the faithful who went before us and laid the foundation upon which we continue to build this church, and from which we emerge to serve. Today, we drink from wells that others dug and enjoy the fruit of trees planted by our ancestors (Deuteronomy 6:11 and Joshua 24:13). Together we seek to continue their faithful ministry in our community and in the world.
There comes a time when each of us must consider how we will provide for those who will come after us and how our resources will serve the interests and commitments we hold dear.
