The Justine Rodriguez Kilpatrick Legacy Society honors a public servant who went to Washington, DC, to "make a difference" and worked for over thirty years in the US Office of Management and Budget. Justine cared passionately about government accountability and budgeting for results. In 2016, Justine wrote her former colleague from Chase Manhattan Bank, Paul A. Volcker, whom she had long esteemed, that she planned to bequest her estate to the Volcker Alliance.
